Pm Admin Assistant / Customer Service

Our client, based in the Vibrant Northern suburbs of Melbourne require an experienced Warehousing Administration staff member with a view to immediate commencement.
The role: Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.Perform inbound administrative duties such as processing orders and handling customer requests.Accurately enter data into our systems and maintain updated records.Conduct inventory investigations and reconcile discrepancies as needed.Assist with various other administrative tasks as assignedInitially, the shift will be from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for training.Upon completion of training, the regular shift will be from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.About you: Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse environment.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with basic computer applications.Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work efficiently under pressure.Benefits Free parkingMorning and Afternoon shift available  Work close to home without commuting to the citySupportive and friendly work environment Strong site Safety cultureShould you or someone you know be in the market for an ongoing opportunity please don't hesitate to click "APPLY NOW" with an updated resume.
