Plumbing Surveyor/Graduate We are looking for a suitably qualified experienced Plumbing Surveyor or Graduate Plumbing Surveyor to join the Building and Plumbing team. You will be required to act as a permit authority, assess and issue permits, and deal with plumbing compliance matters as they relate to Council's obligations under the Building Act 2016.
Responsibilities: Act as a permit authority.Assess and issue permits.Deal with plumbing compliance matters.Qualifications: A sound understanding and experience of the Building Act 2016 and associated regulations.Proficient in interpreting and assessing working drawings against relevant legislation.Well-developed problem-solving skills and a commitment to offering quality customer service.Certificate III or IV in Plumbing and hold a current Tasmanian Plumbing Licence.Position Information: Position Hours: Full-Time, 75 hours fortnight. To attract the right candidate, the hours for these positions are negotiable and requests for flexibility are welcomed.
Salary range: $81,525.16 to $100,537.63 plus superannuation.
