About the Role: Tropical Coast Plumbing is based in Rockhampton , Mackay , and Townsville in Queensland, Australia, and is currently seeking a Plumber Supervisor to join our Mackay team.
As an experienced maintenance plumber, your role will involve but not be limited to:
Enthusiasm to meet and exceed customer needs Meet company KPIs including achieving business goals Complete all work to a high standard in an acceptable time frame, whilst holding a high attention to detail Help to cultivate a great team culture Disciplined in maintaining a high level of work output Quality presentation of yourself and company vehicle Ability to create strong customer relationships Strong desire to complete work to the best of your ability Initiative in decision making and problem solving Enthusiastic approach to your role in the business Desire to create a positive work culture Great communication and outstanding customer service 70% of the role will be administration-based (including invoicing, quoting & estimating, emails, etc.) Supervise and mentor staff including apprentices What You Will Need: Qualified Plumber Trade certificate including 2 years of trade comprehensive knowledge Previous experience in maintenance plumbing (necessity) Previous experience as a Plumber Supervisor (desirable) including estimating Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering quality work Why Join Our Team?
