We're known for our high standards in quality and client satisfaction and for our commitment to delivering on time, every time.We seek an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead and coordinate our team across commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive knowledge in commercial plumbing, a commitment to safety, and a strong focus on delivering quality results. Flexibility for occasional work outside standard hours may be required to meet project deadlines. Current QLD drivers licence & own vehicle a must.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervision & Leadership: Lead and mentor the plumbing team, ensuring motivation, effective training, and a focus on meeting project goals.Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other trades. Assign daily tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely completion of projects.Quality Control: Supervise plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with company standards and AS/NZS 3500.Safety Management: Conduct regular safety checks, enforcing safety protocols on-site.Problem Solving: Resolve on-site issues as they arise, making adjustments to maintain quality and deadlines.Client Interaction: Act as the on-site contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records, including daily logs, material usage, and incident reports; report progress to senior management.Inventory Management: Oversee plumbing supplies to ensure efficient resource use.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 5 years in commercial plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Certifications: Relevant plumbing trade qualifications and current QBCC license.
