About the Role Due to exponential growth in the business, we have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Project Manager. You will have variety of work from minor to major works. The key focus in this role is to ensure through providing expert plumbing solutions and outstanding service to all clients there is continued growth in delivering tendered projects within time frame and budget.
Key Responsibilities for the Role Lead, develop and support site teams to be able to deliver scope of works. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Ensure assigned tasks and projects meet relevant codes, standards, specifications, budgets and timelines. Obtain project pricing from suppliers, coordinate, plan and ordering of materials in line with job stages. Carry out site inspections; prepare progress claims and any follow up required from site. Safety awareness and ability to identify risks or potential hazards and document. Skills & Experience Trade Qualified Plumbing licence. Experienced with delivering tendered commercial projects on time and within budget to a high standard. Proven history of leading and developing direct reports, through mentoring and training. Capable of ensuring exceptional customer service, provide clear communication at all stages of the project. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with trades, suppliers and customers. Working Safety at heights, White Card and WWVP. Asbestos Awareness and Working Safely with Asbestos Containing Materials desired. Sound understanding of WHS and QA rules. Current drivers licence, AFP check.
