About the role Experienced Commercial Project Manager needed for minor to major works.
Focus on expert plumbing solutions, outstanding service, and growth in delivering projects within timeframe and budget.
Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and support site teams.
Build strong client relationships for customer satisfaction.
Ensure tasks meet standards, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Obtain project pricing, coordinate materials, and carry out site inspections.
Identify risks, document hazards, and prioritize safety.
Skills & Experience Trade Qualified Plumbing license Experience in delivering commercial projects on time and within budget.
History of leading and developing direct reports.
Exceptional customer service and clear communication.
Effective communication with trades, suppliers, and customers.
Working Safety at heights, White Card, WWVP Asbestos Awareness and Working Safely with Asbestos Containing Materials desired Understanding of WHS and QA rules.
Current driver's license, AFP check.
