Due to this rapid growth they want to expand their tight knit team and bring on an experienced Licensed LEAD Plumber to lead their team. The team have a vast knowledge of commercial, industrial and residential plumbing and a collective amount of years experience across all aspects of plumbing, including maintenance, new builds and more.About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for a full-time experienced Plumbing Foreman to join an established company with a great reputation and financial backing in the market. Reporting directly to the Site Managers / Project Managers who are very hands on, you will hopefully progress down the track with good performance.Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will include but not be limited to:Reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systemsCutting, assembling and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructureManagement of a small teamOn the tools and off the tools workLiaising with clientsInstalling and maintaining water supply systems and more...Skills & ExperienceAt least 2 years experience working as a LEAD Plumber with management experienceIndustry experience with commercial, industrial, fire or civil is preferredCert 3 in Plumbing or relevant qualificationsOther relevant licensesAustralian Driver's LicenseExcellent communication skillsThe ability to work autonomouslyAble to take direction well and learn quickly on the jobCultureWhile the environment is described as cruisy, the whole team 'rips in' together to get the job done but has a good time doing it. It's a relaxed environment but everyone works hard and helps each other.BenefitsDepending on experience, this role comes with an annual salary rate of $100 - $120K + Super and vehicle.
