This role is based in Sydney.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of commercial projects across Sydney and Newcastle, we are on the lookout for an experienced Construction Manager to join our Sydney NSW team. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will lead our crew delivering high-quality commercial construction plumbing across a range of projects.Responsibilities/Job Requirements include:PLUMBING CONSTRUCTION MANAGERProven experience as a Plumbing Project or Construction ManagerDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills with the capacity to evaluate project needs, foresee potential challenges, and devise innovative solutions.Management & quote on the job, compliance - safety/ client discussions/ work procedures/ invoicingAssisting with tender submission, finalizing pricing, estimation and coordination with the bid management team.Commercial acumen and experience enforcing contract conditionsStakeholder engagement, strategically interacting with and managing relationships within projects.Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices.Proven experience in procurement, cost control, and budget management for plumbing projects.Capability to establish and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize hydraulic system designs, resolve design-related issues and oversee the implementation of design changes and updates within larger construction projects.Strong leadership and team management skills.About You and Selection Criteria (all roles)You must be reliable, motivated, result-oriented, and have proven experience in all areas of plumbing.
