About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Leading Hand/Site Supervisor with a strong plumbing background to take charge of day-to-day operations on our construction & civil projects. You will play a crucial role in managing a crew, overseeing site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and completing necessary paperwork.
Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day running of the crew, site vehicle, and tooling; Preparation and execution of the onsite work; Overall site safety and correct completion of all associated paperwork for each individual job/task managed. You will be required to support the supervisor to deliver the daily allocated workload and strive to achieve the established delivery KPIs. In addition, you will be required to manage a small to medium task as part of the job on which you are delivering and will be accountable for the coaching and coordination of team members.
Qualifications: Current Construction Industry General Safety Induction (White Card) Full Class C driver's license or higher Plant and machinery qualifications Previous experience leading a team in the construction industry What We Offer: Attractive Remuneration: Up to $65/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
