We take pride in delivering high-quality work for our valued builders and developers, and we're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our close-knit team.About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Leading Hand/Site Supervisor with a strong plumbing background to take charge of day-to-day operations on our construction & civil projects. You will play a crucial role in managing a crew, overseeing site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and completing necessary paperwork.Key Responsibilities:Day-to-day running of the crew, site vehicle, and tooling;Preparation and execution of the onsite work;Overall site safety and correct completion of all associated paperwork for each individual job/task managed.You will be required to support the supervisor to deliver the daily allocated workload and strive to achieve the established delivery KPIs.
