Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years experience in commercial plumbing (outside of apprenticeship)Ability to work with and direct apprenticesOrganisational skills to forecast project works, order materials, and communicate with onsite project teamsExperience in leading and coordinating projectsAbility to interpret hydraulic drawings and set-out off grid linesWillingness to travel and occasionally work nightsPlumbing Licence and Construction White CardDrivers LicenceLicences & Certifications for Civil Earthmoving, EWP, High Risk Work, WAH, Confined Space would be highly regarded but not essentialYour Responsibilities: Carry out a range of plumbing tasks, including reading hydraulic plans and setting accurate levelsTake charge of ordering materials and organising apprenticesHelp deliver high-quality work on fast-paced commercial projectsManage the workflow of a project in conjunction with other trades to satisfy timelines set by project managersBenefits for the appropriate applicant after trial period: Bonus incentives for on-time completion of projectsOvertime at penalty ratesGreat team cultureOpportunities for growth within the companyWork vehicleReady to Get Started?
