Day to Day Responsibilities: Property maintenanceAll Plumbing AspectsInstall and repair water, heating, and drainage systems; cut, shape, and join pipes and fittings; service gas and oil-fired central heating systems and radiatorsRespond to emergency call-outs, such as broken boilers or blocked drainsMulti Trade Repairs Requirements (Skills & Qualifications): Experience within Property MaintenanceCustomer service skillsMulti Trade Experience Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidaysPension ContributionCompany vanCall out rota
