Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/.Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Install and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs in guest rooms and common areas.Install and repair plumbing for kitchen and laundry facilities, including dishwashers and washing machines.Ensure that all plumbing installations meet local building codes and hotel standards.Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures in a timely manner.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests to address plumbing emergencies and ensure minimal disruption.Replace or repair damaged pipes, valves, and fixtures as needed.Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning and identify potential problems before they become major issues.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and water quality standards.Report any issues that could impact guest comfort or safety to hotel management.Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns related to plumbing issues with professionalism and courtesy.Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including details of materials used and time spent on each job.Prepare and submit detailed reports for management review, including any significant issues or required upgrades.
