Job Description A great opportunity exists to join the Cushman & Wakefield Facilities team as we expand our operations. Our Trades Service team is seeking a dedicated Plumber with experience in building services maintenance to assist our contract and facilities managers, providing excellent customer service on behalf of our clients.

The successful applicant will be supplied with a fully maintained service vehicle, attractive rates, phone, uniform and the security of working for a growing global company with a long trade services history.

About the Role We currently have a full-time position for an experienced Plumber. As a member of the Facilities Service team, you will report to the State Service Manager, where your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Undertake urgent, routine & ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on various sites. Work autonomously and run your own works. Work in a team environment for small project works. Promote teamwork with colleagues. Skills and Experience To be considered for this position, you will bring previous experience in a similar environment. Minimum requirements include:

Experience in Plumbing/maintenance background in a Commercial, Domestic or Corporate environment. Relevant current Trade Qualification – Plumbing. Current manual Driver's license. Working at heights (Preferred). Current White Card. Attention to detail and the ability to complete works and relevant paperwork within set time frames.
