About the role
We are seeking a Fire Services Plumber to join our Brisbane Fire team to assist with inspection, testing and repairs of Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, Pumpsets, Water Tanks, and Extinguishers.
Your day-to-day operations will consist of the testing and repair of Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, Pumpsets, Water Tanks and Extinguishers.
You will work autonomously in the field with great attention to detail, assisting with optimising scheduling in liaison with our coordinators and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
This position includes a company vehicle or the option for a vehicle allowance.
What you'll be doing Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures Install new plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances Perform routine maintenance on existing plumbing systems Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients Maintain a clean and organised work environment Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices What we're looking for Qualified Plumber with a valid Plumbing Licence Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Plumber in a similar role Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle Benefits of Working with Airmaster The successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of working with a high performing and progressive company who enjoy an enviable reputation in the industry.
