Working across some of the most highly sought commercial office space in the Brisbane CBD, this role will be the perfect fit if you're a motivated Plumber, keen to work across state of art buildings, joined by a great team.

Benefits: * Competitive rate and additional benefits including an Employee Assistance Program * Travel Allowance options available * Birthday leave and Rostered Days Off About the Role: The Plumber will be responsible for tasks across multiple premium grade buildings in Brisbane CBD Key Responsibilities: * Service and maintain a variety of plumbing systems, ensuring optimal performance, including pipes, fixtures, TMV's drainage systems, and hot water units.
* First response for reactive requests related to plumbing * Liaise with clients to provide high-quality service and resolve any maintenance concerns promptly.
* Carry out basic repair and maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry (depending on skills) * Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building regulations.
About you: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing services * Proven experience in commercial plumbing systems, including hot water units, TMV's, pumps and general plumbing equipment.
* Experience in general maintenance is a strongly advantage * Relevant plumbing trade qualification (dual trade in general maintenance is preferred but not essential).
* Ability to work independently and manage a variety of tasks.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills Requirements: * Current National Police Check clearance (or willing to obtain one) * QLD Qualified plumbing licence * White Card * Current Driver's Licence Desirable Requirements: * Working at Heights * Qualified trade skill * First Aid * COVID-19 Vaccinated (at least three preferably) The client has some other benefits they offer those working on-site, making it an extra appealing and welcoming place to work.
