Your New Role: Part time fixed term role until June 2026 - up to 28 hours per week.
Establish and coordinate programs/projects in consultation with the Line Manager and delivery team. Monitor program deliverables including stakeholder engagement, time, and budget to ensure alignment with program outcomes. Evaluate program delivery for continuous improvement and ensure contractual compliance. Support families by providing access to resources and referral pathways as needed. Develop and deliver training to enhance program effectiveness and team capabilities. Hold or be eligible to hold a Working with Children Check. Tertiary qualifications and/or experience in early childhood, community development/disability, family support or related fields. Experience working in rural and remote communities.
