Your New Role
In this role you will act as a Platform Manager for our CRM and Decisioning platforms. You will use your strong Agile skills to lead the implementation, evolution and ongoing value delivery of our customer decisioning and CRM solutions. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Working across multiple stakeholders to analyse, define and refine associated user stories, creating and managing the JIRA and Confluence assets for these activities.
Manage and prioritise the backlog of enhancements & optimisations for the CRM and decisioning platforms.
Be responsible for prioritisation decisions in line with business priorities, and for communicating these decisions to technology and business stakeholders.
Organise and manage Agile ceremonies for the CRM and decisioning platforms, including backlog refinement, sprint kick-off, review and retro ceremonies.
Be responsible for the delivery of agreed enhancements, working closely with the relevant technology teams and Value Streams/squads to agree scope, requirements and timelines, and for communicating changes to scope and/or scheduling with impacted stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills & experience:
Strong and demonstrable experience of managing agile processes and ceremonies, ideally using Jira.
5+ years of experience of CRM and/or Martech.
Demonstrable experience with CRM, decisioning, or marketing automation platforms.
Demonstrable record of delivering technology enhancements in an agile enterprise environment.
Business-oriented and technically literate, with a focus on CRM and/or Martech, data and analytics.
A strong communicator who can span business and technology domains and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
