About the job: Determining project requirements and developing project framework and roadmap for the teamWorking closely with technical/platform team and senior stakeholders on daily operations and process improvementMapping out and managing switchover approach and implementation with a focus on data mapping, process flow, and transitionBuilding platform management, design, and technical modification by selecting the appropriate tools and framework, product, or platform deploymentProviding technical direction, identifying technical risks with the team, and developing contingency plansConducting comprehensive assessments to develop solutions for the technology project teamContinuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting client standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.About you: Minimum of 8 years industry experience, preferably in banking and financial servicesStrong project management skills; business analysis is a plus but not necessaryHighly analytical and structured in problem-solving; able to quickly understand complex technical situationsStrong stakeholder management experience and excellent presentation skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent spoken and written EnglishWhy us: Flexible working hours with part-time working models and hybrid optionsAttractive fringe benefits and salary structures in line with the marketModern and central office space with good public transport connectionsCan-do mentality and one-spirit cultureVaried events and employee initiativesYour documents to start the process: ResumeJob referencesQualifications (bachelor/master diploma, etc.) with certificate of gradesMotivation letter: Why Synpulse?
