The role involves developing and documenting processes to enhance vulnerability management capabilities, ensuring alignment with relevant policies. Key tasks include discovering, assessing, reporting, and remediating cyber vulnerabilities, preparing detailed reports for management, and prioritising remediation actions. The engineer will collaborate with IT and development teams to implement security measures, manage platform configurations, oversee maintenance and patching, and provide technical support for project builds, testing, and deployment.

Key Technologies: Primary Tools: Rapid7, Tenable, Sentinel, Windows Defender, and Forescout.Other Responsibilities: Vulnerability scanning tools, platform maintenance, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.Candidate Selection Criteria: Proven experience in vulnerability management platform deployment, management, or design in Federal Government ICT projects.Experience developing cyber vulnerabilities management processes and technologies.Experience with vulnerability management platforms in large-scale ICT projects.Ability to align processes with relevant policies.Expertise in preparing reports and management presentations.Capability to analyse vulnerabilities and prioritize remediation.Experience working with IT and development teams on security measures.Contact:
