THE ROLE Are you:Passionate about managing and maximising the value delivered by program management platforms (or similar systems)?Effective at collaborating with others (always putting yourself in their 'shoes') to ensure program management processes are fit for purpose and embed a proactive approach to managing costs, quality, schedules, and outcomes?Experienced with the support of SaaS platforms, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Apps (including Power Apps, SharePoint and Power BI)?The Platform and Process Design Officer role has been created within the Enterprise & Portfolio Governance function to support the effective delivery on Homes Victoria's capital program commitments.
The role will work with the Platform Analyst to support the ongoing development of the digitally enabled program management platform that supports the end-to-end tracking of Homes Victoria's critical programs; analysing business needs and technical requirements to support iterative platform improvements.
A critical element of the role will be supporting the embedding of new ways of working demonstrating the value that can be generated from adoption of digital practices and alignment to Homes Victoria's Project Management Framework.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Work collaboratively with the Platform Analyst to scope, analyse, document, and prioritise platform enhancements that are aligned to critical business issues.Support the ongoing enhancement of the digitally-enabled program management platform; undertaking enhancement delivery via a rapid development approach (while maintaining cost/quality controls across design, development and testing) that is customer-centric, efficient and effectively realises the expected business value.Ensure changes are aligned to and documented within the Homes Victoria Project Management Framework and positively contribute to the adoption and embedding associated processes and controls.COVID-19 VACCINATION The department strongly recommends (but does not mandate) that employees maintain their COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with current ATAGI (Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation) advice, given their individual circumstances.
