About the Role
Tomago Aluminium is looking for an experienced Plant Services Manager to lead both operations and maintenance, ensuring smooth daily performance and excellence in upkeep.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of Operations and Maintenance Superintendents to maintain high levels of operational performance, driving safety leadership, driving change management, and fostering employee engagement across a large workforce.
As an experienced leader in heavy industry, you'll also be a driving force behind transforming the safety culture, pushing for constant improvement and making sure everyone on site stays safe.

Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and maintenance across mobile fleets, plant services, utilities, substation, pot relining, fume treatment centres and other operational units, ensuring equipment reliability and high performance.
Lead, coach, and mentor Operations Superintendents to foster collaboration, high performance, and accountability.
Develop and execute maintenance plans that minimise downtime and maximise asset availability.
Drive change management and employee engagement initiatives to support continuous improvement and operational transformation.
Manage asset strategies to align with overall business goals, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency.
Provide contract management oversight, ensuring service providers meet performance standards and budget expectations.
Collaborate with other senior management to align operational strategy with long-term business objectives.
Oversee the successful operations of Tomago's fume treatment centre, pot relining and substation.
Coordinate workforce planning to maintain productivity and align staffing with operational needs.
