Plant Operators - Front End Loader And Forklift

About the Role We are seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our team in Port Pirie , operating Front-End Loaders (FELs) and Forklifts to support the efficient loading of ships.
This role requires flexibility and adaptability to work during scheduled ship-loading operations.
Key Job Details Roster: 12-hour day/night shifts for the duration of the ship-loading process Pay Rate: $47.50 per hour + Super.
Type: Local employees or DIDO (Drive-In, Drive-Out).
Specifics: Must be flexible with work arrangements to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities Operate Front-End Loaders (FELs) and Forklifts to support ship-loading activities.
Perform pre-start equipment checks and report any issues.
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and operational procedures.
Requirements Experience: Proven experience operating Front-End Loaders (FELs) and Forklifts.
Licences: Valid Driver's Licence .
Certification: Valid MSIC (or willingness to obtain; reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
Flexibility: Ability to work variable hours, including nights, to accommodate ship schedules.
