Plant Operator - Waste Management

We are seeking a dedicated Waste Management Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with customers, assist with waste handling, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Location: Brooklyn, VIC
Position Type: Potential Temp to Perm for the Right Candidate
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (OT and weekend work available as needed)
Pay Rate: $40.41 per hour
Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers regarding waste drop-off locations.
Assist in pushing and managing waste.
Pre-pick and sort recoverable materials using a material handler.
Complete daily pre- and post-checks and any required paperwork.
Load materials into shredders or trucks.

Essential Licenses

Front End Loader License
Excavator License

Desirable Qualifications

Experience in the waste industry.
HR License/Water Truck Ticket is a bonus.
