Respect, Energy and Effort, Attitude and Leadership encapsulates what we stand for at Fulton Hogan and encourage us to foster a diverse and inclusive culture where we listen to, care for, celebrate, and respect everyone.What's on offer?Fulton Hogan is looking for a Plant Operator/Labourer to join our multi-disciplinary Civil team based in the Illawarra area, upgrading state and local government infrastructure including road reconstruction, intersections and drainage to provide the region with better connections for the community.You'll have experience in labouring and operating machinery in a civil construction environment; and be driven to support and motivate site teams – ensuring the focus remains on safety, quality, cost and schedule in the planning and execution of work.Core responsibilities will include:Valid and current driver's licence – HR/MR desirableExperience & ticketed to operate rollers, skid steer and excavatorsEarth works experienceAbility to work in a team & achieve quality work outcomesAvailability to work overtime, weekends / nights when requiredConstruction induction cardThere is a requirement for travel across regional NSW, with roster cycles and shifts available when travelling.Nightshift may also be required to be worked from time to time.The pre-employment process will involve a medical check including drug and alcohol screening.
