In this role you'll be responsible for: Upholding industry-related standards, specifications, and qualityWorking within tight deadlines in a timely mannerOperation of Blending & Emulsion fixed plantCarrying out plant inspection checklistsMaintaining a neat and tidy site and work areaInitiating and communicating ideas that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and costsActively participate in preventative maintenance, toolbox discussions, and safety meetings.How you'll connect to the role: A proven and committed team player and able to work in small teamsHave experience in fixed plant maintenanceForklift ticket and White Card are requiredFirst Aid, Working from Heights, and Working with Hot Bitumen tickets are desirable but not a mustAble to maintain an energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic work ethicHave strong safety and environmental awarenessAlignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & LeadershipAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely Culture.
