Our team ensures high quality, consistency, and reliability for all products throughout the complete life cycle of our chemical manufacturing production process.Partner with the bestAs a Plant Operator, you will receive incoming materials, make quality checks, ensure correct storage, and perform decanting of liquid chemical products.
You will ensure safe and reliable delivery of products to customers, manage samples as per QC requirements, and perform plant maintenance checks accordingly.As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for:Performing transfer of packaged, liquid, and bulk productsPreparing drilling fluids and brines to formulations specified by management using filtration and centrifuging where requiredChecking raw materials and packaging availability prior to decantingTaking product samples for QC as detailed in operations proceduresEnsuring QC approval prior to repacking or bulk product transfer as detailed in operational proceduresUnloading/loading transport carriers as per sales or purchase order statusPerforming maintenance checks as stipulatedMeeting company expectations for HSE standards and policyEnsuring stock/product is received with correct quality paperwork and meeting quality specificationsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role, you will:Have a high school certificate or equivalent level of educationHave 3-5 years of experience in chemical plant operationsHave the ability to read and interpret routine instructions, correspondence, and memosBe a good team player and display good communication skillsHave the ability to work inside or outside in hot temperaturesHave proficiency in multiple software systems (Outlook, SAP, Microsoft Office)Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentHave a forklift licenseWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
