With our business growing quickly, we're looking for people to join our team of dedicated road recycling operators.
The Opportunity We're looking for Experienced Plant Operators with road works or civil experience to join our team. If you are looking to move into a specialised field in the civil game, this may be the opportunity for you.
Joining our team to deliver stabilising works on projects across SA and NT involves operating a range of plant and machinery such as stabilisers, spreader trucks, and rollers, and assisting with projects as required. You will contribute to keeping everyone safe in the workplace by following company WHS processes and assist with repair and maintenance activities to keep plant and equipment in great condition. You will be a team player interacting with the Supervisors, leading Hands, and Subcontractors to support HIWAY in its commitment to delivering high-quality work and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Whilst not a FIFO role, this position will require travel away from home for periods. We pride ourselves in providing our employees good work-life balance and consider this in all work away rosters.
