We are seeking a Leading Hand Mechanic to join our Geraldton Branch.
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will work alongside two other leading hands to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 employees.
This role involves promoting and maintaining high safety and quality standards, showcasing a positive can-do attitude, assisting in training team members, and handling high volume work.
Location: Geraldton Branch
Roster: 9/5 (9 days, 5 off), 10.5-hour shifts inclusive of 30 mins break.
