WesTrac are currently seeking Heavy Duty Plant Mechanics for the Workshop Plant Mechanic positions in Bunbury. If you have experience in component change out, rebuilds and exchange, new machine assembly, general maintenance, repairs and servicing of a wide range of mobile plant and equipment, we want to hear from you. We will target your skillset to role. The successful mechanic will have experience with Engine, Transmission and Final drive rebuilds.
Location: Bunbury (Residential)
Roster: Monday to Friday (10.5hr shifts inclusive of 30 mins meal break)
To be successful the following is required:
Australian recognised Trade Certificate, Plant Mechanic, Automotive Heavy Vehicle, Diesel Mechanic.
Must be a Bunbury (or surrounds) resident.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Previous post trade experience on heavy mobile machinery or strong general mechanical experience (Caterpillar machinery experience is highly advantageous).
Forklift ticket.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
