Reporting to the Tom Price Branch Supervisor, the Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanic will assist in maximizing operation time and product reliability by providing maintenance support and servicing.
This role would suit a Workshop HD Mechanic or Field Service Technician who would prefer a workshop site-based role and comes with comprehensive product knowledge of Caterpillar.

Location: The Brockman 4 mine is an Iron Ore mine located in the region of, 60 km (37 mi) north-west of.
A long-established mine, opened in 1994, owner-operated by Rio Tinto.
Wes Trac are seeking skilled Mechanics to be the face of our business.
Roster: Flights from Perth only - 8 days, 6 off, 7 nights, 7 off - 12 hour shift plus 30 mins break.
To be successful the following is required: Australian-recognised Heavy-Duty Trade Certificate with post-trade experience.
Prior Mobile Plant Mechanic or Regional Mine site experience maintaining similar fleet type.
Customer relationship building skills.
Previous working product knowledge with Caterpillar.
Sound maintenance and repairs experience with Large Trucks, Loaders, Dozers and Graders.
Be well aligned and exhibit our Wes Trac's SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer.
Current Forklift Licence, EWP, Dogging & Basic Rigging, Working at Heights.
