Reporting to the Tom Price Branch Supervisor , the Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanic will assist in maximizing operation time and product reliability by providing maintenance support and servicing. This role would suit a Workshop HD Mechanic or Field Service Technician who would prefer a workshop site-based role, who comes with a comprehensive product knowledge of Caterpillar. Roster: FIFO - Rio site however offering - 12/9 or 2/1 - 12-hour shifts - Flights from Perth
To be successful the following is required: Australian-recognized Heavy-Duty Trade Certificate with post-trade experience. Prior Mobile Plant Mechanic or Regional Mine site experience maintaining a similar fleet type Customer relationship building skills Previous working product knowledge with Caterpillar Sound maintenance and repairs experience with Large Trucks, Loaders, Dozers, and Graders.
