Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the skilled and qualified Plant Mechanic will be responsible for assisting with the busy workload in our HCON (Heavy Construction Equipment Division) to meet the required deadlines and schedules.
As a Plant Mechanic, you will work on Caterpillar heavy earthmoving equipment, performing a variety of tasks.
These can include assembly or reassembly of components, dealer provided option installations, maintenance, and build-ups to customers' specifications ensuring optimum safety and efficiency throughout the entire build.
Location: Reid Road, near Perth Airport – Aftermarket HCON Workshop (working on aftermarket Caterpillar equipment)
Rosters: 5 days on, 2 days off (Monday to Friday), 2 weeks of days and 1 week of nights - 10 hours each day.
Nights will be paid at night shift rate.
