Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to delivering a high-profile infrastructure project.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the setup of plant equipment in accordance with project specifications and industry best practices.Coordinate and lead the plant team, including mechanical engineers and the mechanical superintendent.Lead the development and execution of the spare parts strategy, working closely with the Plant Manager and Mechanical Superintendent.Work in partnership with the Safety, Quality, and Environmental teams to ensure Tunnel Plant operations comply with all project and industry standards.Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.What We're Looking For:Proven experience with the plant team for a EPBTBM on a large-scale infrastructure/construction project.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and collaborate with diverse teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.Strong focus on collaboration and teamworking spirit.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Relevant safety, construction, and industry certifications and tickets.Skills and Attributes:Clear verbal and written communication skills.Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work effectively.Understanding of WH&S requirements and commitment to safety.Why Join Us?At Terra Verde, we are committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
