The role Hy-Tec Concrete currently has an opportunity for a Concrete Plant Manager to join our team looking after Two of our Western Sydney sites.
Reporting to the Concrete Operations Manager, this is your opportunity to become an integral team member at one of Australia's leading construction materials producers.

Responsibilities Provide supervision to Concrete Agitator Drivers (company & Lorry Owner Drivers)Coordinate plant maintenanceSupervision of batching staffControl staff working hoursManage stocks of raw materialsEnsure safety, health, environmental and Chain of Responsibility requirements are metEnsure a high level of customer serviceWhat you will need to succeed Experience in a supervisor position in the construction materials industryBe able to identify opportunities for improved operational efficienciesA strong customer both internal and external service focusExcellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skillsOur business Hy-Tec is a leading supplier of premixed concrete, aggregates, and sands to the commercial, industrial, civil and residential construction sectors.
