With a commitment to quality and innovation, they serve a diverse range of industries, providing products that meet high standards for durability and precision. They are now seeking an experience Plant Manager to run their highly technical facility in Brisbane.  About the Role  As Plant Manager, you'll report to the GM of Operations and oversee the Brisbane plant, leading it towards operational excellence. You will be directly responsible for the compliant and functional operation of the Brisbane site including facilities management, while working closely with all divisions of the business. A strong focus of this role will be driving the development of the local staff of the site. The successful candidate will be a results-driven leader with a proven track record in manufacturing management and will have the ability to build relationships. Skills & Experience  You'll ideally have a qualification in Supply Chain or Engineering with extensive experience in an operations environment.Experience within plastics, recycling or injection molding environments.Ability to lead the site autonomously.Good organisation and project management skills.Demonstrated experience in facilities management.Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.MRP based production and purchasing systems preferred.Skills using Mapics and D365. How to Apply  To apply online, please click on the apply function.
