BINGO's dedicated team of Fitters are responsible for maintaining the fixed plant machinery of our Eastern Creek Ecology Park.
The job: Undertaking scheduled preventative maintenance checks on plant equipmentDaily pre and post start plant checksRotating, adjusting, and replacing parts and equipment where required to ensure greater efficiency in the facilityA strong focus on the facility's conveyor beltsResponding to site breakdowns, identifying faults, and completing repairsDiagnosing faults and performing operational maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipmentStudying drawings and specifications to determine suitable machinery settings, materials, and method of operationCutting, threading, bending, and installing hydraulic and pneumatic pipes, lines, and tubes.What you bring: Heavy Mechanical trade qualification (Plant or machinery)Experience in a heavy industrial environment highly desirableFlexibility to work weekends, overtime, and different shifts where requiredOwn tools and current drivers' licenceAbility to identify and resolve mechanical problemsA strong, safety-focused work ethicAt BINGO we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities and customers we serve.
