We partner with our clients to provide services to assets that are critical to our local communities.With the help of state-of-the-art technologies and the brightest minds driving them, we aspire to make our cities a better place to live, day on day through delivering essential services to our communities.About the roleThe purpose of the Plant Coordinator role will be to support the relevant Plant Manager to achieve optimal business and operational outcomes for the sector's major assets.You will mainly focus on running and reporting on maintenance schedules to the projects, risk assessment reporting to ensure compliance, supporting projects with repairs and plant-related queries.In addition, you will assist the Plant Manager with tender requests, mobilisations, de-mobilisations, acquisitions, and disposals.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Building and maintaining productive internal and external relationships, engaging with stakeholders and enabling the delivery of business objectives.Keeping Plant Managers informed of any major or long-term repairs as well as providing effective and proactive assistance in the management of the assets.Supporting replacement programs with heavy plant and light vehicle replacement program including engagement, specification, approval, and submission.Ensuring appropriate plant maintenance strategies are in place including Risk Assessments as well as completing all asset paperwork in a timely fashion transfers, spec sheets, acquisitions, disposals.Assisting operations with pre-start, defects and the appropriate remediation where required as well as updating any data changes including transfers & registration changes.About youHighly motivated, you have demonstrable experience in a similar role with a large complex business with many moving parts and a complex asset register.You are a results-oriented individual who prioritises their workflow and manages their time effectively to ensure results are delivered on an ongoing basis.Your ability to work effectively in a sole environment (unsupervised and independently) in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders will ensure your success in this role.Your communication skills and problem-solving skills are second to none.
Attention to detail is one of your strong points.Your technical skills coupled with your ability to multi-task will ensure your success in this role.
