About the opportunity The Victorian Government is upgrading the Eastern Freeway with new express lanes and traffic management technology. Laing O'Rourke is part of the Eastern Freeway – Burke to Tram Alliance with Major Road Projects Victoria, Symal, Arcadis and WSP.
About the role We are currently seeking a Plant Allocator to join us on the Eastern Freeway Burke to Tram Alliance. We have a strong pipeline with many opportunities for career progression right here in Victoria.
Key responsibilities Undertaking plant, equipment and labour requests, releases, and allocations, utilising the EBTA processes. Ensure preferred supply partners adhere to EBTA digital onboarding processes. Maintenance of registers and spreadsheets for accurate record keeping and compliance. Assist Senior Allocator with daily checks in alignment with the Allocations team daily actions list. Minimum requirements Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Wet hire experience is highly desirable. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and team collaboration.
