About the role

Sands Fridge Lines is seeking an experienced Inventory Officer to join our team in Forrestfield, Western Australia. This is a full-time position responsible for managing and optimising our inventory to support the efficient operation of our logistics business.
What you'll be doing Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across our warehousing and distribution facility Conduct reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies Forecast and plan inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimise stock holdings Coordinate procurement and logistics to ensure timely supply of goods Implement inventory control processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste Provide reporting on inventory metrics and make recommendations for improvement Assist with the management of third-party logistics providers and suppliers What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in an inventory management or warehousing role Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail Familiarity with inventory management software and data analysis tools Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of purchasing, logistics and supply chain principles Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements WHY US Willing to train and develop those with a willingness to learn We prioritise the safety and well-being of our employees.
