The opportunity As the Planning & Performance Analyst, you will work closely with a large and inclusive team of technical experts focused on success.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Program Controlling, you will be responsible for the integrity of the Business Financial Performance by providing financial leadership within Programs and providing reliable, timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis that supports the financial business planning and performance monitoring process for the Function/s.
Acting as an independent business partner, the role interacts with all levels of the organisation in order to provide detailed financial analysis in the form of trend analysis and deep diving into business cost drivers in order to support the financial controls and accuracy of cost and revenue base reporting of the Function business lines, and is the first point of escalation for finance critical issues and has cross functional awareness of potential risks and opportunities within the Business.
This will include:
Preparation and consolidation forecasting and planning cycles for relevant Function/ProgramPreparation and consolidation of monthly performance reporting to support business partners with linkage to business drivers with financial insights in order to drive profit, cost reduction and/or working capital optimisationAssist in delivering strategic financial advice to inform pricing and margin models within the development of Customer solutions and commercial decisions in the BusinessComplying with all national, legal, and parent organisation regulations, procedures and expectations including the Airbus Code of ConductAbout you To be successful in this role you will need to live the Airbus Values, work with passion and determination, able to work to deadlines in an environment of continuous improvement.

The qualifications, skills and experience suited to this role:
