This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient management of workforce labour requirements. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:Coordinate and allocate workforce resources for shutdowns and project workMaintain systems, personnel rosters, and crew databasesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth work schedules and labour planningTrack and report on workforce data daily, weekly, and monthlyTo be successful for this role you must possess the following:2+ years of experience in the resources sector, particularly in planning, recruitment, mobilisation, or site administration is desirable, but not requiredStrong proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly ExcelExcellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesResilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingStrong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone mannerHow to Apply:Ready to join our team?
