Job DescriptionJob Summary: The Project Planning and Cost Control Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and financial management of real estate development projects. This role involves coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource allocation.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.Utilize project management software to track progress and adjust plans as necessary.Cost Control: Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures to minimize overruns.Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting to inform stakeholders of budget status.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.Prepare contingency plans to ensure project resilience against unforeseen challenges.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project status, budget performance, and risk assessments for senior management.Present findings and recommendations in clear, concise formats.Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals.Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends.Job RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Finance, or related field.Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on planning and cost control in real estate.Experience in commercial and bank projects.Familiarity with construction contracts and procurement processes.Proficient in financial modeling and cost estimation techniques.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCP) is a plus.Working Conditions: Location: MaadiWorking Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1 flexible hourWeekends: Friday and Saturday #J-18808-Ljbffr
