In this role you will have the opportunity to ensure that system, processes and plans are in place to effectively manage key assets through the daily and weekly plan. You will also be responsible for the maintenance management system for all planned maintenance activities ensuring the cost control methods are in place.About the role:In this role you will:Promote a positive safety culture, actively supports site safety initiatives, standards and procedures, ensuring full compliance in day-to-day operations and shut down situations.Be responsible for ensuring maintenance plans are effectively managed to deliver environmental compliance and safety requirements.Ensure own and delegates' internal auditing and close out actions are delivered on time.Develop a technically competent, motivated, functional and cohesive Maintenance Planning teamDevelop team succession plans, harness the talents of high performers and promote opportunities for developmentEnsure systems, processes and plans are in place to effectively manage kiln and cement milling shortstopsEnsure the SAP maintenance management system is maintained for all planned maintenance activities to reflect the schedule and resource requirements within the overall integrated maintenance plan.
