As the planning lead for the region, you will work across our customer service departments and deliver the workforce planning outcomes through identifying and implementing resourcing efficiencies, managing costs within forecast, resource planning and budgeting, and meeting group KPI's.
You will provide insights and influence needed to drive ongoing optimization of rostering and resource deployment across the region, identify improvements that create a more engaging experience for our people, and ensure compliance and adherence to EBAs in our workforce planning processes.Reporting to the regional Head of Airports, you will lead strategic planning for the region, holding a strategic portfolio and leading national Airports programs related to workforce utilization, planning, and effectiveness of the region, as part of the broader national planning function.
