SUMMARY OF THE ROLEDue to a department expansion, Mammoet is looking for a pro-active and analytical addition to our Australian planning & Logistics team.The role will be based in our Henderson Head office within Perth on a Full-Time Monday-Friday basis.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGDelivering administrative support to the Planning and Logistics team to aid the smooth running of shutdowns.Arranging training courses, VOCs, and medicals for employees and creating associated purchase requisitions.Providing support and guidance to employees experiencing issues with online inductions and field worker apps.Managing employee drug and alcohol testing program.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee qualifications and compliance.Processing leave requests and updating employee availability.Executing travel bookings in accordance with company policies.Processing mobilisations via client portals including Enable, Avetta, and CMS.Communicating with workers regarding their availability and work allocation preferences.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDResources sector recruitment, mobilisation or site administration experience is highly regarded, but it's not essential.
