Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Perform a range of town planning functions - general planning advice, development enquiries and other planning matters (for internal and external stakeholders) Assess a wide range of development applications Establish working relationships with stakeholders to assist in delivering high-quality outcomes What's on offer? A degree recognised by the Planning Institute of Australia, or VET assessed equivalent. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Be outcome and result focused. Able to assess development applications and prepare associated correspondence and reports.
