The OpportunityReporting to the Director Planning & IBP, you will drive the continual development of our end-to-end IBP process, as well as our supply chain planning processes to embed best in class ways of working across Suntory Oceania. You will act as a key business partner to the AU and NZ commercial, marketing, finance and supply chain teams as well as Suntory Global Spirits.
What you'll be doingHelp drive the continual development our supply chain planning process to embed best in class ways of working across Suntory Oceania.Enhance planning processes and metrics to create a performance mind-set whilst delivering exceptional service and cost improvement.Own the technology and system roadmap for the planning function. Explore opportunities for digital transformation and automation to enhance supply chain processes.Drive and champion IBP maturity across the full cycle of monthly meetings for Suntory Food and Beverage and Suntory Global Spirits.Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and assist in the execution of the Integrated Business Planning process.Build capability within the function to deliver an engaged, high performing planning team aligned to the overall direction of Suntory Oceania.What's in your toolkit?Hands on experience with IBP and S&OP experience including setting up IBP processes.Experience working on large scale transformation projects.Ability to use data to tell a story to both technical and non technical stakeholders.Experience as a thought leader being able to influence stakeholders at all levels.Relevant tertiary qualification.FMCG experience highly desirable.A continuous improvement mindset to ensure we are best in class.If you're not an expert in all of these areas, don't worry!
