You will be an experienced planning & environment lawyer at the Associate or Senior Associate level who is seeking a front end role. Working predominantly with state government agencies and local government authorities, you will enjoy working across a range of diverse matters, including:
All aspects of planning & development projectsDeveloper contributions, planning agreements and other infrastructure agreementsPublic sector acquisition of land (predominantly by agreement)Full range of environmental matters including biodiversity & threatened species, pollution and contaminationPublic sector governance and administration, including tendering and procurementPublic sector property issues including Crown Land and Native Title mattersBenefits
