If you are looking to join one of the best P&E teams in Brisbane working across the very largest development projects, renewables, mining, resources and infrastructure work this team now has a rare vacancy.
About the role:
As part of this top tier team you will:
advise on both front-end and back-end matters;
work for major developers, infrastructure (road, rail and electricity), government, agribusiness and mining companies both locally and internationally;
advise on renewable energy projects, mining, resources and major infrastructure projects; and
be involved in the entire project life cycle from the approvals, environmental impact assessment, development, urban renewal, environmental compliance and P&E court appeals.
Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:
at least 4 years' post admission in planning and environment law;
experience in P&E court litigation;
experience advising on a variety of environmental issues at both State and Commonwealth level;
strong drafting skills and an ability to think outside the box; and
good mentoring skills working with and delegating to junior lawyers in the team.
